Fishing Charters
I’m Captain Chris McCubbin… Welcome to my website !
If you’re looking for a great day on the water you’ve come to the right place. In fact, let’s take that a step further… If you’re ready to lock horns with some of the greatest saltwater sport fish then let’s go. We have a semi-tropical climate that supports a year-round inshore/nearshore fishery, home to Tarpon, Snook, and Redfish, along with numerous other species of hard fighting game fish.
Young (or not)… Experienced (or not)… It makes no difference – I’ll show you an unforgettable adventure aboard my Skeeter ZX22v bay boat – Comfortable, safe, and specifically built for fishing in Naples and the surrounding waters of southwest Florida.
I know YOU’RE ready…
And you can bet I’m ready… So, what are you waiting for ?
Lets go catch some fish !

If you’d like to know a little more about the current conditions, and the types of fish we’re currently fishing for in Naples then take a look at my Fishing Reports.
Tarpon Fishing
Yep… That’s me at the top of this web page. In my opinion Tarpon are the most amazing fish that swims here. Long hard runs and huge aerial displays best describe these giants of the waters. Their average size is 60 to 100 lbs, although every year we catch Tarpon pushing 150lbs. When I go on a Tarpon fishing charter I like to get on the water before sunrise, catch enough bait for the trip, and then run the beaches looking for schools of Tarpon. Spring through Fall are the best months of the year to go.
Snook Fishing
Aggressive… And probably the most sought after game fish in Florida. We catch them year-round in Naples. In the cold Winter months Snook take shelter in the small warm watered creeks. In the Spring we tend to catch bigger fish as they are getting ready to spawn. I personally like to use live bait for Snook fishing as it gets them to aggressively attack. In the Summer you’ll see schools of 10 to 30 Snook patrolling the shallow beach waters waiting to attack just about anything offered to them.
